Have tight shoulders & headaches from the computer? Let's fix that.

Do you spend a lot of time at the computer?

How about the tight shoulders, traps and headaches that come with it?

Let's fix it.

I had a patient this week with pain running through the trapezius muscle - which goes from the shoulder up into the neck. She spends a lot of time at the computer with her arms out in front.

What was happening that her shoulders were rolling in and putting pressure on the muscles. Massaging through the area gave her some relief, however long term improvement comes from maintaining optimal posture & getting those shoulders back.

In addition, I sent her away with an exercise that she can do throughout the week to open up those shoulders and fix computer posture and unnecessary headaches & shoulder pain.
