Posture

The ITB is a large tendon that runs down both sides of your legs from your pelvis, to your knee. It is common to get a lot of tightness in the ITB if you do running, cycling and lots of activities in the gym.

If it gets tight, it can be responsible for hip and knee pain.

Dr Leah Madden takes you through two exercises that will ensure that you can do frequently to make sure that your ITB is behaving in the way that it should!
