The basics of restrengthening usually involve squats and heavier compound exercises. It's important not to overlook switching on and coordinating the same muscles too. It's about getting them to fire with the hamstrings at the same time. 

This week, I'll take you through a great exercise that will allow you to train your glutes and hamstrings to fire together, effortlessly.
