Hold better posture for longer with this routine

Posture

Previously, we've looked at exercises to improve your posture.

Today, we're going to be looking more specifically at our shoulder blades.

Generally, if we spend a lot of time sitting down, whether it's driving, sitting at the desk, lazy posture on the couch, our shoulder blades tend to move around towards the front. What happens then, it puts a lot of tension on our neck muscles, changes the way our shoulders function, which can lead to shoulder issues as well.

This week, we're going to touch on two exercises that can lead to strengthening and stabilising the muscles around the shoulder blades that will allow you to sit with better posture for longer.
