In the past, we've talked about exercises and stretches that you can do to increase flexibility and strength. 

It's all well and good to build strength, endurance and flexibility, however it's just as important to be aware of your posture as you carry your body throughout the day. Here are two simple routines that you can do with a few checkpoints to make sure that having good posture becomes your 'new normal', effortlessly!
