Quit slouching from sitting at your desk for too long

Here's a stretch that you can do at work to get you out of that slouched desk posture. It's an easy exercise that you can do every 30-60 minutes, requiring little effort for a huge gain.

 

It'll get you sitting up nice and tall and allow you to breathe with greater capacity and ease.
